For the last ten years, I’ve been brute forcing my way to success. I’ve constantly been trying new ideas, finding new opportunities, and keeping my nose to the grindstone.

The hard work has paid off. I’m in the best position I’ve ever been in. All the years of creating systems and processes have brought me to the point where I’ve always wanted to be, which is to be able to focus on writing, growth, content creation, and sales.

All the other aspects of my business are being managed by my teammates.

I feel proud of the accomplishment, but I also feel uncomfortable in my new position.
