How Being Different Got Me The Deal
As the leader of Stodzy, my main priority is to network, market, generate leads, and get contracts signed. My job is to grow the business, which means I spend a lot of time writing proposals.
But guess what? I don’t actually write proposals. I write what I call “marketing roadmaps”.
The roadmap serves two purposes …
It gives the prospect a plan which is backed by research. This way, when I present the price at the end of the roadmap, this price is attached to an offer, where I specifically tell them what I plan to do, why I plan to do it, and what the expected results are. This greatly increases my conversion rates because the roadmap establishes me as highly competent.
