What you need is a process.
What Does It Really Take to Succeed?
If you really want to build a business that gives you maximum freedom and control, you first need to establish the framework to success.
Todays’ successful entrepreneur isn’t an influencer. She’s not the person you see driving down the street in a fancy car, and she’s certainty not the person living in the huge mansion with crippling debt.
Today’s successful entrepreneur is someone who can do what they want to do, when they want to do it.
This can be you. Anyone can start a business and earn complete control of their time. Yes … even you!!
You don’t need to raise capital. You don’t need to quit your job and you don’t need to sacrifice your life to start “hustling” 24 hours a day for 7 days a week.

The “Three Step” Method to Being a Bootstrapper
Bootstrapping your business is a simple process. You don’t need to have a college degree (I don’t) and you don’t need to be a genius business guru. (There’s no such thing).
All you need to do is follow the process.
Step 1 – Generate Cashflow
Why do you think most businesses fail?
Is it because of poor leadership? Is it because of bad marketing? Or do you think it’s because of bad “product market fit?” (Whatever that means).
Nope.
Businesses fail because of one reason. They run out of money.
Every business needs cash. Cash is the oxygen that keeps your business moving. Most entrepreneurs don’t appreciate cash. The last two decades have brought a huge influx of investment capital and very few entrepreneurs have had to experience a world where cash money is tight.
That’s why you are about to witness a huge downturn of businesses. Now that the investment capital is running dry, all the fake businesses are about to go out of business.
But you know better. You respect and appreciate cash.
The good news is that there are plenty of ways to generate cash flow.
For some of you, the best option is to continue working at your 9-5 and dedicate some of your paycheck to building your business.
For others, your best option is to start freelancing. Client service work is one of the best ways to start generating cash.
You don’t need to quit your job and you don’t need to risk it all. All you need is a steady cashflow to make sure you stay alive.
Step 2 – Build Distribution
If people don’t know about you, they will never do business with you.
The great news is that the internet has provided you with an unlimited resource to build a following, establish trust, and build authority in your niche.
Most people learn about this step and they think building distribution means posting endless content, taking selfies, and living on social media so they can magically earn millions of followers.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Social media is a great tool for distribution, but you don’t need lots of followers. Some of the most successful entrepreneurs I know have an email list of 1000 people or less.
I am a perfect example of this.
One of my businesses has a very small audience, but this business still generates well over 6 figures a month in revenue at a 50% profit margin?
And guess what? I have a very small email list of only 3000 people.
How is that possible?
I have created distribution in an industry that is very high dollar. I only need to make one sale a month to keep the money flowing and the profits coming.
When you build a distribution channel, you will have an asset that you can bring with you for the rest of your life.
This is the true meaning of freedom.
Step 3 – Monetize
Many people are shocked to learn that monetization is the third step, and not the first.
But guess what? If you follow the first step steps correctly, monetization is the easy part.
By this step in the process, you will have a following of raving fans who are excited to give you money.
You will be so well known in your industry that people will be not only willing, but excited to pay you for the products and services you create.
Buy this time, your reputation has already been established and people know that anything you put out into the market will add value to their own lives, 10 fold!
With that being said, there are lots of skills you can learn to increase your sales. There are plenty of people who can monetize a business without having good sales skills, but there are a set of skills that can help you generate millions.
